Stephanie is an independent, internationally qualified saddler and saddle-fitter who prides herself in working hard to find the best solution for both horse and rider.

Stephanie is a NZ qualified saddler and UK Society of Master Saddlers (SMS) qualified and registered saddle fitter.

 Stephanie completed her New Zealand Saddler's apprenticeship in Christchurch (New Zealand), in 1995, under the guidance and tuition of Mr Pat Power.

Stephanie completed the Bridle Making and Saddle Flocking course at the Cumbria School of Saddlery (UK) in 2005 and

Dr Kerry Ridgeway’s eqinology and saddle fitting course in 2010.

 

In 2011, Stephanie passed the rigorous London City and Guilds exams in the UK to become a SMS Qualified Saddle Fitter and maintains a current membership and registration by returning regularly to the UK for CPD and re-qualification.

In 2019 Stephanie successfully passed London City and Guilds Saddle Flocking exam and achieved a 3rd place with a hand made saddle in the Society of Master Saddlers National Saddlery Competition. Stephanie has a life-time of experience in riding, achieving her Pony Club A and H Certificate and still actively competes today.
